Zusammenfassung:The method of electrophoresis-convection for the fractionation of proteins has been modified with the aim of separating quantitatively both electrophoretically slow- and rapid-migrating components, and of obtaining in a single operation pure rapid-moving component. The new technique involves the superposition of an upward flow of material on the convective circulation in the channel.
