Antihypertensive effects of Sotalol and Atenolol given once daily

Twenty-five male patients aged 21 - 65 years and with supine diastolic arterial pressures of 96 - 120 mmHg entered an open, controlled cross-over study, in which the effects of single daily doses of sotalol and atenolol were compared.
