Dithienylbutylamines as Analgesics

THE analgesic properties of a series of dithienylbutenylamines (I) 1 were described in a recent communication 2 . We now report that the corresponding saturated butylamines, the 1 : 1-di(2-thienyl)-3-tertiaryaminobutanes (II) similarly are potent analgesics.
