description | A number of geometrical curves have been used to form the wraps of scroll compressors. When the suction pressure, pressure ratio, scroll wrap height and thickness, and suction volume are constant, the effect of the involute curves of a cricle, square and line segment on the performances of the scroll compressor, such as geometrical parameters, leakage line length and various gas forces acting on the orbiting scroll are analysed in this paper. The effects of these scroll wraps on the performance of the scroll compressor vary as the suction volume changes. The results in this paper should be considered in scroll compressor design.
On a réalisé des spirales de compresseur à spirale selon des profils géométriques variés. On a analysé l'effet de développantes de cercles, carrés et segments sur les performances des compresseurs à spirale, telles que paramètres géométriques, longueur des lignes de fuites et différentes forces résultant de l'action du gaz zur la spire tournante, pour des valeurs constantes de la pression d'aspiration, du rapport de compression, de la hauteur et de l'épaisseur de la spire et du volume d'aspiration. Les effets des spires sur les performances des compresseurs à spirale varient en fonction du volume d'aspiration. Les résultats présentés dans ce rapport devraient ètre utiles pour la conception des compresseurs à spirale. |
