Costs of Multigreenhouse Gas Reduction Targets for the USA

In response to concern over the impact of greenhouse gas emissions on the Earth's climate, the Kyoto Protocol sets emission targets for 38 nations and the European Union. The targets are set in terms of an interchangeable basket of greenhouse gases, especially carbon dioxide and methane.
