Dissolution of cystine calculi by irrigation with acetylcysteine through percutaneous nephrostomy

Cystine calculi in the renal pelvis of a patient with cystinuria were dissolved by irrigation with a saline solution of acetylcysteine and bicarbonate through percutaneous nephrostomy.
