Zusammenfassung: | With activated carbon for reducing agent, the sol-gel method was used to prepare the giant magnetoresistance materials Sr(2)FeMoO(6), which was the double perovskite oxide. XRD pattern demonstrated that the as-synthesized sample was Sr(2)FeMoO(6) with tetragonal crystal structure and I4/mmm space group, and unit cell parameter was a=0.558 nm, c=0.7882 nm. The SEM photograph showed that the primary particles were spherical in shape and the grain size was below 100 nm. Magnetism testing results showed that the Curie temperature was above room temperature and the saturation magnetization of the sample was 13.59 Au.m(2)u.kg(-1) under 1T at room temperature. |
