Swimming with salmon
Despite a $1 billion recovery program, the status of Northwest salmonids is bleak. Fish hatcheries fail to produce salmon that can adapt outside of the fishery, and the changes in the climate also greatly affect the numbers of salmon produced and their survival rate.
