Post-operative complication rates in both groups were low, but post-operative analgesics were prescribed significantly more in the uterine balloon group.
Conclusion: Endometrial ablation by uterine balloon thermal ablation (Thermachoice™) is a safe and simple non-hysteroscopic procedure. |
