Zusammenfassung:We report a case of localized bronchiectasis mimicking a hemangioma demonstrated on enhanced chest computed tomography. Left lower lobectomy following selective bronchial arterial embolization was successful. Pathology evaluation showed markedly dilated bronchial arteries along a dilated bronchus displacing the lateral and posterior basal segments.
