Efficacy and tolerance of intermittent versus daily cotrimoxazole for PCP prophylaxis in HIV-positive patients
Medical records were reviewed retrospectively to determine if the decreased dosing frequency of cotrimoxazole maintained efficacy and reduced adverse reactions in HIV-positive patients with Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia (PCP).
