Numerous correlations were found among molecular factors tested but none, with the exception of tumor grading, of these reflected ex vivo chemosensitivity of tumors tested. The results suggest that the parameters tested may not be important factors related to adjuvant chemoresponsiveness of primary human breast cancer to tested drug combinations.
