The effectiveness of ribavirin in the treatment of RSV

Cooper discusses whether ribavarin is more effective than a placebo in improving the treatment outcomes of children with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) pneumonia, based on four studies. Ribavirin appears to have little benefit in the treatment of severe LRTI caused by RSV.
