Tc-99m Phytate Images in a Patient With a Wandering Spleen

Wandering spleen is a rare diagnosis, especially in children. Tc-99m phytate scintigraphy in the supine and upright positions was useful in the evaluation of wandering spleen in a 10-year-old girl.
