On day 60, while the patient awaited surgical treatment, recurrent MI caused by thrombotic occlusion occurred in the aneurysm site despite anticoagulant therapy. Two days after thrombolytic therapy, he underwent coronary artery bypass grafting and aneurysmal resection. |
