Zusammenfassung:	A new oleanane-type triterpenoid (1) and five known pentacyclic triterpenoids (2—6) were isolated from the leaves of Excoecaria agallocha. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses. The new compound was characterized as 3β-[(2E,4E)-5-oxo-decadienoyloxy]-olean-12-ene (1). Compounds 1—6 were found inactive in vitro against several human cancer cell lines.
