He was born, as it is conjectured, about the year 1562, was educated at Cambridge, where he took the degree of B.A. 1583, and M.A. 1587; and came to a tragical and premature end before 1593. The manner of his death is differently related, and a degree of obscurity hangs over his life, as well as the termination of it. |
