FROM THE LONDON GAZETTES

ON the 7th of January, I sent the Oisean and Argonaut to cruise, and on the th, the Argonaut returned, bringing with her the French corvette L'Esperance, of twenty-two guns. As I found the Esperance completely fitted and in good repair, on the 31st of January, I sent her and the Lynx to cruise.
