Zusammenfassung: | Problematic aspects of statistical theory relative to assumptions about samples are identified -- ie, sample homogeneity is generally assumed & not tested. This fact has the effect of creating practical research that is not valid from the first stages of analysis. A discussion & definition of a homogeneous sample is presented, & it is determined that the new quality philosophy deals with statistics as a science & bridges the error gap between probability theory & statistical practice. 5 References.
