Reviewing the Unreviewable Judge: Federal Prosecution Appeals of Mid-Trial Evidentiary Rulings

A solution that converts unappealable mid-trial suppression orders into appealable pre-trial ones is examined. There are very sound reasons why the government's right to appeal should be protected.
