Zusammenfassung: | An attempt to use the org development (OD) method to change the intervention (attempt by outsiders to make an org'al change) are then analyzed. Data from interviews & 'data feedback' sessions (group discussions of the data) are presented. It is concluded that while the OD method may be useful in Ur Sch systems, it is probably less useful there than in industrbusiness settings. The diff is attributed to the lack of competition & the nature of the org'al environment surrounding a big city Sch system. AA. |
