Zusammenfassung: | Gender & career-orientation differences are investigated, based on questionnaires administered to a sample of dual-career families in business, health care & service organizations, & U systems (N = 220 professional & 112 nonprofessional Rs). Analysis suggests that career orientation has a far greater influence on the perceived quality of life & other factors than do gender differences. Among the women tested, the multiple-role stress experienced led to a significant difference in job satisfaction for the professional. 5 Tables, 38 References. Modified AA |
