Zusammenfassung: | The 16PF Questionnaire was completed by 441 male Anglican clergy of the Church of England who had taken part in Edward King Institute Ministerial Development Workshops over a period of ten years. A number of factors showed significant differences between the personality of the clergy compared to men in general. Clergymen were shown as more outgoing, intelligent, emotionally stable, conscientious, tenderminded, imaginative, apprehensive and tense than the general male population. These findings were discussed in the light of parish ministry and as possible pointers to gender reversal. |
