The outcome measure of overall survival (OS) was used, and hazard ratios (HR) and 95 % confidence intervals (CI) were pooled to estimate the relationship between circRNA expression and prognosis in AML using STATA 17.0 software. A total of 13 studies involving 1401 AML patients were included. The studies showed a significantly increased hazard ratio (HR) of upregulated CircRNA expression for OS (HR=1.87, 95 % CI=1.51–2.32, P
