El objetivo de este estudio es analizar los niveles de interacción entre enfermeros y pacientes, así como las prácticas humanísticas en el ámbito de la enfermería.
Este estudio descriptivo transversal y correlacional se realizó en Estambul entre mayo y agosto de 2022, con una muestra de 291 enfermeros de dos hospitales privados de la ciudad.
Las puntuaciones medias obtenidas por los enfermeros en las variables de importancia, competencia y viabilidad del CNPI fueron, respectivamente, 104.33 ± 12.56, 99.66 ± 13.99 y 96.90 ± 15.26. La puntuación media en la escala HPAN fue de 133.75 ± 11.75.
Según el análisis de correlación realizado, se encontró una asociación significativa entre las variables de importancia, competencia y viabilidad del CNPI, y la capacidad de práctica humanística. |
