As a revisional surgery, the post-1 year excess weight loss percentage (%EWL) was 63.1% and total weight loss percentage (%TWL) was 29.1% in 5 cases. Conclusion LN-RYGB is an optional treatment for recurrent weight gain after SG; a randomized control trial is needed to verify the long-term effect of LN-RYGB. Graphical Abstract
