The combination of the right aortic arch and aberrant left subclavian artery (ALSA) with Kommerell's diverticulum (KD) is rare to coexist with the left innominate vein (LINV) beneath the aortic arch. It escalates the surgical risk undoubtedly and increases the difficulty of clinical procedures....
