The study comprised 145 cases of germ cell tumors. Teratomas were the most prevalent subtype, with mature teratomas accounting for the majority. The highest incidence occurred within the 21–30-year age group with a mean age of 24.77 years. Abdominal mass (56%) and abdominal pain (34%) were the prominent clinical presentations.
