Zusammenfassung:Nonketogenic hyperglycemic hemichorea, also recognized as diabetic striatopathy, is a rare manifestation of diabetes mellitus. The diagnosis of nonketotic hyperglycemic hemichorea is usually made through imaging along with a corresponding clinical picture.
