Magnetic behaviour of the itinerant electron antiferromagnetic system Cr+14 at% Ru doped with V

Measurements of the electrical resistivity and specific heat of (Cr 86Ru 14) 1− x V x alloys are reported. The Néel temperature of this alloy system is driven to 0 K on doping with a critical V concentration x c =0.104. The results suggest the existence of a quantum critical point at x c.
