description | The influence of various shearing parameters on quality of cracking surface is analyzed. The experiment research of high-speed precision shearing technique is performed and better shearing quality is gotten. On the above basis, the metallography analysis is performed and the microcosmic structure on the cracking surface is researched. This result shows that as compared with common cutting method the high-speed shearing method can get better cracking quality. Some factors influencing the bar shearing quality is discussed and the best shearing parameters is determined, which is conducive to the application and spreading of this new technology. |
