The necessity of shot monitoring/control in the quality control of die castings

The measure and control technology of die-casting process was analyzed in this paper. It is very important to maintain continual and steady production of die-castings with high quality. Three steps of die-casting process were analyzed, and it was brought forward that the high speed and press increasing process are the most important, so the test and control are the key to these processes.
