Possibility of realization of quadrupolar phase in non-Heisenberg ferromagnet with magnetic ion spin 3 2 is studied. It is shown that such phase state exists only in ferromagnets with high value of biquadratic exchange when external magnetic field is not applied. Phase diagram of the system is built...
