Furthermore, the KT group had a significantly reduced peak knee flexion angle, peak knee eversion angle, and peak vertical ground reaction force (p &lt; 0.05) compared to the NT and PT groups. Conclusion KT significantly improves the sprain‐prone touchdown posture of patients with CAI.
