description This paper proposes the improved magnetic characteristic analysis by using the magnetic property is called "vector magnetic property", which means the relationship between the magnetic flux density B vector and the magnetic field strength H vector. In order to express the relation, "E&S2 model" as engineering model has been proposed, which can introduce to the numerical simulation technique such as the finite element method. By using this method, the various kinds of magnetic properties, for example vector hysteresis loop, iron loss, vector coercive force, rotational iron loss and so on can be obtained. This method is useful for the development of the high efficiency electrical machines using the high quality electrical steel sheets.
