To the questions including solving velocity, precision and reliability, which the traditional method of surface effective permittivity and boundary condition determinant have, the mix method was put forward in this paper. Helped with material symmetry, continuity and suitable search step and interval, this method realizes solving of SAW velocity fast and accurately, which can provide some guide for the fast solving of SAW questions and cuts optimizing.
