description The possibility of using chemical and electric propulsion and Moon's swingby for insertion of spacecraft into the geostationary orbit (GEO) is analyzed in the present research. Using Moon's swingby for transfer of a spacecraft with a combined propulsion system is the original idea of the present analysis. The purpose of this research is to estimate transport capabilities and advantages of application of a combination of the chemical and electric engines at the injection into GEO with use of Moon's swingby. It is shown that the use of Moon's swingby can increase a spacecraft mass in GEO at a small duration of insertion.
