Zusammenfassung:Preparation of small alloy particles of Fe(37 < /inf > Ni(28 < /inf > B(34 < /inf > and Fe(52 < /inf > Ni(37 < /inf > B(11 < /inf > is achieved by reduction of the metal ions using KBH(4 < /inf > in aqueous solution. Moss-bauer and X-ray diffraction studies show that the particles are amorphous. Mossbauer spectra obtained after annealing experiments indicate that the alloys are stable up to about 600 K.
