Particularly, TCIPP was negatively associated with PRL in the younger subgroup (age≤30, p &lt; 0.05). Moreover, TCIPP was negatively associated with diagnostic antral follicle counting (AFC) in the mediation analysis by a dominating direct effect (p &lt; 0.01). In conclusion, serum levels of OPFRs were significantly associated with reproductive and thyroid hormone levels and a risk of decreased ovarian reserve in childbearing-age females, with age and body mass index being significant influencing factors.
