Zusammenfassung: | Time‐resolved measurements of the photo‐induced magneto‐optical Kerr effect were performed in p‐doped and intrinsic InP at 20 K in the spectral range nearby the spin‐orbit split‐off exciton transition. Three relaxation components with different temporal and spectral behavior could be distinguished and their origin is discussed, supported by theoretical calculations. The observed processes are attributed to the exciton thermalization, hole spin and electron spin relaxation. |
