Zusammenfassung:The growing deficit of nickel-bearing raw materials and nickel in the country makes the commercial use of manufacture-adaptable sparingly alloyed nickel-free corrosion-resistant ferritic steels an urgent problem. In some cases low-carbon nickel-free ferritic steels of the Kh13-Kh18 type can compete with the austenitic high-nickel steels and alloys traditionally used in machine building.
