Zusammenfassung:	The anisotropy of sputtered Co/Pd multilayers with different layer thicknesses has been investigated using X-band FMR. A few kinds of a uniaxial magnetic anisotropy have been detected, their energies and orientation angles have been determined using computer simulation. Depending on layer thicknesses the samples possessed in-plane and perpendicular or oblique anisotropy. The origins of the found uniaxial anisotropies have been discussed.
