Zusammenfassung: | This paper presents the results of our research on HF and VHF antennas located near the ground. In our analysis we develop a numerical algorithm based on the integral equations method. We show that the use of horizontally polarized antennas provides an increase in gain of 5 dB in comparison to vertically polarised antennas at certain heights above the ground. The results of the theoretical investigations are confirmed by experiments. This work can be used for the development of improved mobile station antenna systems. |
