The root cause of periorbital lid oedema
A man aged 42 years presented with a three-day history of left periorbital swelling. He reported intermittent pain from a left upper tooth in the preceding 18 months. He had not experienced any changes in vision, diplopia, ocular pain, headache, nasal discharge, fever, loss of appetite or fatigue.
