Influence of temperature on the electrical conductivity of 4-Br sub(4)PcCu thin films in an ammonia atmosphere

The electrical conductivity of 4-Br sub(4)PcCu phthalocyanine at different temperatures in the presence of ammonia was measured. The obtained 3D graph permits one to propose a model for calculation of ammonia adsorption enthalpy.
