Zusammenfassung:Outcomes for patients with coronavirus disease (COVID19) treated in the intensive care unit are inadequate (1). Intravenous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (vvECMO) serves as a remedy strategy if the patient's condition worsens during invasive ventilation. Although the use of ECMO in awake ECMO without endotracheal intubation has shown satisfactory results as a bridging strategy for immunocompromised patients or transplants, ECMO such as bleeding and especially awake patients. There are inherent risks. , Self-harm lung injury. COVID 19 wake ECMO reports are currently limited to case reports. Informed consent was obtained from the patient or legal representative for the initiation of ECMO or the awakening of ECMO as part of intensive care measures for severe COVID 19. Patients receiving ECMO are the future interdisciplinary interdisciplinary association approved by the intensive and emergency medical association (Würzburg University Ethics Committee 13120) approved by the Ethics Committee of Würzburg University (Würzburg University Ethics Committee 13120) ( The Würzburg University Ethics Committee) is included.
