Zusammenfassung: | Unsaturated polyester resins have been improved and newly developed in order to meet the various requirements of the times. In this article, the recent technical progress and development on unsaturated polyester resins and their analogues are described in view of several properties such as low styrene emission, UV curability, corrosion resistance, low shrinkage, and impact resistance. In the view point of molding process, are described the technical progress and development in sheet molding compound (SMC), filament winding (FW), pultrusion, and resin transfer molding (RTM). |
