Zusammenfassung:We investigated the changes in tensile strength of three kinds of polyimide resins having different chemical structures by irradiating them with gamma -rays up to 100 MGy in the air. It was found that the polyimide resins having ether bonds in their structure were easily deteriorated due to gamma -ray irradiation, namely, the polyimide resin without ether bonds showed the best radiation resistance. Between the two different polyimide resins having ether bonds in the structure, one which has more stable resonance structure by extending pi -electrons showed better radiation resistance.
