Due to delayed presentation of the patient right and left pectoralis major repairs were performed simultaneously. CONCLUSIONPatients with delayed presentation of bilateral pectoralis major tendon ruptures can undergo simultaneous repair of both tendon with a good postoperative outcome and high patient satisfaction.
