Some Aspects of Diffusion in Dilute Alloys

A critical review of dilute substitutional alloy diffusion is presented in which particular attention is given to atomic models that have been proposed for alloys rather more concentrated than can be adequately discussed in terms only of, for example, the five frequency model of dilute fcc alloys.
